The exhibition will take place in the Atrium, Banqueting Suite and the link corridor at the East Midlands Conference Centre.

Located in Beeston, Nottingham, the East Midlands Conference Centre is located on the University Park Campus. The city of Nottingham is served by strong road, rail and air links, making it an easily accessible location for visitors. EMCC is in easy reach of both Nottingham train station and East Midlands Airport.

EMCC has a large car park directly outside the venue, providing ample free parking – a map of the campus is attached
From the M1 North to University Park
Leave the M1 motorway at junction 26 and follow the A610 signposted to Nottingham. After approximately 2.5 miles turn right at lights onto the A6514 Nottingham ring road (Western Boulevard). Follow the A6514 to Middleton Boulevard and then take the slip road towards the Queen's Medical Centre roundabout. Take the third exit at the roundabout onto the A52, Derby Road. Turn left at the next roundabout (Toby Carvery) onto the A6464 Woodside Road. Turn left at the next roundabout to enter the University Park's West Entrance.

Leave the M1 motorway at junction 25 and follow the A52 signposted to Nottingham. After approximately 4.4 miles turn right at the roundabout (Toby Carvery) onto the A6464 Woodside Road. Turn left at the next roundabout to enter the University Park's West Entrance.

From East Midlands Airport you can take Trent Barton’s Rainbow 5 service. Buses leave from outside the Airport arrivals hall.
BY TRAIN

Please note that the Exhibitors pass does not include access to the main lecture theatre or Good Practice Seminars. Please contact JMD Events if any of your stand staff would like to upgrade to delegate pass.

SETUP AND BREAKDOWN SETUP ACCESS
Access to the exhibition area for setup is permitted only on conference day Tuesday 31st January 2012 from 07.00 hrs. PLEASE NOTE ALL STANDS MUST BE SET UP BY 08:30 hrs.
DELIVERIES – Monday 30th January 2012.
BY COURIER: Deliveries will be accepted on 30th January 2012
PLEASE NOTE: All packages MUST be clearly marked ‘LSA UK NATIONAL CONFERENCE’ and show the name of the company exhibiting on each individual item.
BROUGHT ON SETUP DAY: Exhibitors who wish to bring packages with them to EMCC on Tuesday 31st January 2012 can do so between 07:00 and 08:30 only.
BREAKDOWN: Tuesday 31st January 2012 from 14.00 hrs.
COLLECTIONS - Tuesday 31st January 2012 directly from your stand or Wednesday 1st February 2012 from storeroom. All items must be collected before 17.00 hrs and labelled clearly for collection.
PICK UP BY COURIER:
Any materials being collected by a courier must be packed up by stand staff before they leave. Couriers must be advised which company they are picking up for. Please label all items clearly. EMCC and JMD Events do not accept liability for exhibition goods left following the close of the event.
